Yes 30 DS is a killer...I've been on level 1 for about 2 weeks and have seen great results!...I plan on staying at level 1 until April since its working for me and I feel I'm too heavy to attempt level 2 and 3! Also my main focus is upper body and level 1 is doing wonders for my upper body.

My thing is everyone has a past and can change. He seems to be a better person now and most of all Rihanna forgiving him. I'm sure we all have done something that we would not like to be judged by for the rest of our lives! If you don't like him then don't support him.

Yes I lost about 30 in 1month on this diet...THEN..turned around and gaine about 50lbs back in return...I do not suggest it for anyone! It simply short, very short term weight loss! I wish I could get my 90$ back! Gained the 50lbs within 4 weeks!

Yes, I've tried those weight loss meds twice in my life. I lost 30lbs first go around but gained the 30 back plus 20 addition. The 2nd time around I lost about 20 and gained about 50. So yes it works but once you are off them you become extremely hungry, like out of control hungry. I've been a member here since Dec 2011,…
