My dad gets b12 shot once a month and takes metformin and the weight has dropped off him. He lost 60lbs in 7months and is in much better health. He feels the b12 shots helped him with energy!

Well i consider myself black American. I have no problem ppls calling me black because that's what I am. What I don't like is the phrase " ppls of color". I find that offensive!

1st concert was R Kelly back in the 90's and last concert was 1 week ago it was a Nicki Minaj and 2 chainz concert! Had a blast!
