I do 1/2 hour on my elliptical every morning, before shower, before really anything else. Starts my day off right and charges me up.

The first thing you must do to control your eating is to know just what the heck you're eating,,, In the past this was a pain in the butt. "Points",,, deal-a-meal cards, notebooks, just no convenient way to do it. Now I/you/we have a convenient way to do it. Welcome aboard. This has helped me, and it will help you too.

Patience grasshopper, this happens. I've been working on this for 6 months and probably gotten stuck 6 times. Just stick with it, maybe change up a routine or an exercise. Shock your system a little with some calories or something. This too shall pass.
