Hey there - I'm doing p90 and I add the ripper in on days I do cardio, right after the cardio exercise...i just find it fits well with my schedule. But, in the end, you gotta do what feels good for you :) Have fun with it :) I'm hoping to start 90x when I'm done this round!

Hello to all the mommies out there --- I have a daughter - Camryn, she' is 14 months and it's time for me to get this baby weight off!!! I'd like to try for baby #2 in the summertime but first I need to get back to a healthy weight :) So far, since joining in on December 30th - I've lost 12lbs :)

I love making tuna melts minus the bread ---- 1 can of tuna, 1 tsp of lite mayo, chopped peppers, tomatos (whatever veggie you like) and an ounce or two of LF cheese -- pop it under the broiler for a few minutes until the cheese bubbles!! YUMMO
