Vegetarian here! Going back after an almost 2 year hiatus. I love the way being a vegetarian makes me feel about myself and it makes my body feel better too!

Hahahaha, loved it. I haven't researched it or talked to anyone who has had success with it, but I am gonna take a leap here and say that anybody can lose weight only eating 500 calories a day. I think throwing HCG in there is a messed up way to make money off of it.

Things that have helped me be successful 1) No soda! 2) Two friends to go to the gym with! 3) Eating more vegetables and less starches. 4) MFP for sure! Couldn't have lost this weight without it!

These might not be weird but I took them for granted before: My engagement ring and wedding band are now falling off my fingers. The tattoo in my ticker used to be covered a bit by my fat roll, lol, and I am proud to say that it is now perfectly visible!

No, just stay away from things in cans or boxes. Someone's signature has a really good suggestion, just shop on the outer perimeter of the store, where the produce, meat, and dairy is. All the stuff in the inside isles is pretty much crap.

My husband is a big runner and will pretty much only wear Asics or however you spell them. I run better barefoot but I'm a weirdo :p

I am proud that I am "on vacation" visiting home but have made healthy choices and continued my weight loss :) I am also proud that I am almost proud of my body again!

I forgot about potato chips and cookies. I could eat a whole package of each by myself. I never did, but I could have. And that is why I don't buy either of them anymore!

I want to lose weight so I can.... 1) Get some nice pin-up pictures done for the hubby while he is deployed and not look like a whale! 2) Feel comfortable in a bikini 3) Make people jealous :) Sue me!

I don't snack. I don't care to. I just don't get hungry enough to. I don't think it's hurt my metabolism or weight loss.
