  • I am not a fan of BC at all. I thought I had wonky cycles until I started charting them. Really they're just about 41 days long. My husband and I have been using the pull out method successfully for 2 years. BC isn't the only way!
  • Chips. I could eat about 3 bags of chips a day. I love them. I love the satly-ness. I love the crunchiness. And that is why I don't go down the chip isle or buy chips anymore. :p
  • From what I've read on here, people tend to get their panties in a bunch when people mention diet pills :p But I would also like to know if anyone has had a good experience with diet pills. I used to take Trimspa and I loved it, but I haven't tried the new kind yet.
  • This. My profile picture is me 2 years ago, about 20 lbs lighter, and it's where I want to be again, if not thinner than that. If I want to be thin, it's not really up to you to judge me for it. Worry about your own calories and I'll worry about mine. :)

  • Coffee, or my creamer, actually, since the actual coffee barely has calories. I buy fat free creamer now, but I know it's still calories I could use on something else. I just NEED caffeine in the morning and I looooooooovvveee my coffee!
  • Good luck and good for you for deciding to change things. I am gonna do what you thought people would do, though, and say you should start today. There will ALWAYS be obstacles, temptations, and challenges. Not just this week. Just saying! :)
  • I always have one over-easy jumbo cage free organic egg (yes I'm one of those people) and pair it with either: 2 pieces of turkey sausage or a piece of rye bread with spray butter (both only 90 cal) oh and I can't forget my coffee with fat free creamer. Must have my coffee!
  • I just read the overview on the site you listed and it sounds like a bunch of bananas. Increasing weight loss by 300% with bags of ice? Going on 2 hours of sleep? It doesn't sound healthy.
  • I used to get a migraine at least once a week. I'm talking laying in bed crying myself to sleep migraine. But since eating better and working out at least 5 times a week they have gone away. I hope they can go away for you soon.

  • I love love love these videos! Last year I lost 10 lbs (over a month or two maybe?) by eating better and doing those videos! I still do them all the time. Leslie Sansone is my hero! haha
  • I keep mine open because most of the time I am proud of what I chose to eat. I don't flaunt it and say hey go look at how many calories I didn't eat, but it's there if someone wants to look. I'm an open person.
  • I love her WATP workouts! When I was about 130 (not that big in the first place) I used just the 1 and 2 mile dvds to lose ten lbs! They seem to give me more results than more hardcore cardio like the elliptical but they are so much easier on me!
