Hello- I dont think that you should do it. I work in the ER at a hospital and have taken care of more than a few people on the diet that come in with weakness and dehydration. Its not healthy... Best of Luck!

Cardio and diet modification are key. Lots of water. Lifting is also important but with that being said, I would assume you do not want to bulk up, but get long, lean, defined muscle. Agreed... In the mean time while you are waiting to see a doctor, stay off you feet when you can and elevate them. The elevation will help with bring the excess fluid to up into your central circulation where is should be! Hope it goes well and it is nothing serious! ( there are a lot of us nurses out there!)

I flip between days and nights and find that it is easier to eat consistantly working nights. Day shifts are typically super busy and traumas are always unpredicatable.

Planet Fitness- I pat about 20/ month. It reminds me of Average Joe's from Dodge Ball. Its ok, it gets the job done. The "trainers" that are there dont really train people, just tell them what to do but not how to do it...
