I see in your profile picture that you have a cigarette in your hand... are you a smoker? Even though nicotine is a stimulant, smoking reduces the flow of oxygen through the lung tissue and blood stream. If you smoke, you are likely to become fatigued easily.

I am really sorry this is happening to you. A man that you are going to spend the rest of your life with should love you whether you are a size 2 or a size 22! I have been between a size 6 and a size 14, and hugely pregnant, and my husband has never, not once, mentioned my weight or said anything negative about me or my…

I have 2 kiddos, my girl is almost 2 and my boy is 6. It's definitely hard but doable. I also work full time and go to school. On the days when I really just cannot get up at 5 am to work out, I do 2 mini workouts. I do a high intensity 15 minute workout before I get in the shower and then another 15 minutes before I get…

Trust me, it's hard!!! Not only do I work full time 9-5, I also go to school 2 nights a week and online, I have a husband who is in the military so he works late a lot and is gone sometimes and I have 2 little ones. It's definitely do able. I plan everything out on the weekend and prep all my food. I get up at 5 am and do…

This past Thanksgiving while vacationing in Playa del Carmen, Mexico! Although this picture was actually taken just across the water while we were visiting the little island of Cozumel. Most amazing place!

Yep I'm right there with ya, honey! I have big boobs, a small waist and larger thighs and a ghetto booty! I always lose weight first in my boobs :( and then in my face and very very slowly off the lower half of my body. I found that HIIT training (High Intensity Interval Training) was what worked best for me to lose the…

Too funny, I am 5'6.5 as well! My goal is 130 lbs which was the weight I was when I graduated basic training in 2004. Since I've had 2 kids, I am around 165ish right now. I have a larger frame, thanks to some Native American genes, so I will never be a skinny mini! When I was 130 I was a size 4 or 6 and I felt and looked…

Yep I run 6 miles 3 days a week and lift heavy the other 3 days. Its working for me so that's all that matters :)

I try to stay at about 100 carbs a day which is very very mild ketosis. This is literally the only way I can lose weight. After having 2 kids and being on bed rest with both of them, I gained a lot of weight and my metabolism is shot!

I'm not in my 30's, but I started my family early! I'm a mature 26 year old with 2 kids, 6 and 2. I have about 35 lbs I want to lose after gaining a lot of weight from my 2nd pregnancy. Feel free to add me anyone! :-)

Anyone is free to add me! I love having new friends and watching everyone's progess :)

I literally just spit my coffee all over my desk reading this! Thanks for the laugh Mike!

Don't deprive yourself of the foods you love! There are alternatives to hotdogs and mac & cheese. Buy turkey dogs and whole wheat buns or I like to use a whole wheat tortilla instead of a bun. For mac & cheese, buy some whole wheat pasta and some low fat alfredo sauce. When you deprive yourself of the foods you love, there…

Nothing wrong with butter... It's just not something you would want to eat a lot of while trying to lose weight :) I love me some butter!!

My husband bikes 30 miles a day and he eats potatoes a lot because they have double the amount of potassium than bananas and help with his cramping. Baked potatoes arent bad for you as long as you only use a small amount of butter or light sour cream maybe. At least they are better than fries or tots!

My husband is in the Army and works out for 90 minutes a day... Plus he rides his bike to and from work (16 miles each way) so he has to eat at least 4000-5000 calories just to maintain his weight! I'm super jealous that he can eat whatever he eats... But not jealous that he rides over 30 miles on his bike each day plus…

Anywhere between 130 and 140. I was 130 when I joins the Army in 2004 and I was a size 4/6 so I'd like to be there again! Only 20-30 lbs left to go yay!
-
I'm also looking to lose another 20-30 lbs. Good luck on your journey! Anyone feel free to add me! :)

I am 5'6" SW: 170 (just had a baby!) CW: 160 GW: 140-130 I have a larger frame than most women. Ive also been blessed with a big booty, large boobs and "child bearing hips" lol. At 130 lbs, right before I joined the Army I was a size 4! I'm now a size 10 at 160. I'd like to be anywhere between 130-140 at my goal which…

Try upping your exercise! I do about an hour of circuit training and I've noticed a big difference in my body.

Add me guys!! I've lost 10 and have 20-30 left until goal!

Ft Lewis, WA!! We were at Ft Hood, TX for 7 VERY long years so being in the NW near family and away from the heat is amazing! I love it here!!
-
My husbands in the military so I gotta go with the clean cut look! Although he didn't shave for 30 days once while on leave and it was pretty sexy also!
-
Well I'm 5'6 1/2 so if you round up I'm 5'7!! :) SW: 170 CW:162 GW: 140 I have a larger frame than most... I guess you could say I'm "big boned" lol I can never be "skinny" because I'm just not made that way. At 140 lbs I'm like a size 4 or 6 so I'd be happy with that! :)

I'm in the Olympia/Lacey area! And yes this is THE BEST STATE!! I'm not from here, I've only lived here for less than a year and I already love it! I'm from Northern CA and spent over 7 YEARS in Texas, thanks to the Army and I hated every minute in that god forsaken place! I would live in WA forever if it was up to me!!
