I munch all the time. I finalize when I finish with dinner. then go back and add if I have to.

I want to do a color run too. I'm gonna finish c35k before I register for the inflatable one. But maybe if I can find a color run between then and my birthday I can convince my friends to do it with me.

I ate oatmeal from McDonald's this morning. Checked my sugar two hours after I began eating, the way my doctor recommends and my sugar was 79. Pretty much. I ate over double my calorie goal. Though, to be fair that is still a deficit for me since my doctor has me on an evil 1200 cal diet. Such is life. It wouldn't have been so bad but I had midnight taco bell.

91 today. I kinda ate ALL THE THINGS yesterday.

I was told normal range is 70-140. I was a little shocked it was so low but wasn't feeling any adverse effects.

It might depend on what you have in your coffee and with your coffee. I don't drink coffee all that often because I drown it in flavored creamer.
