Shamelessly tooting my own horn here, I am obese. The guys at work, more than one, think I'm hot as hell and would date me in a heartbeat if I weren't married. BUT if I weren't funny and friendly and congenial with them, I feel that it would be completely different. Same way these same guys probably wouldn't go out with…

Something that was working for me that I have to get back to doing is analyzing WHY I want to eat. Google Roger Gould, he talks about emotional eating and offers enough free information to help. For a while I would follow his steps which (basically) are: 1. Am I really physically hungry? If no, go to #2. 2. Why do I want…

1. What is your eye color? Blue-grey 2. What is your favorite season? Winter 3. What is your favorite Holiday? Christmas 4. Have you ever been arrested? No 5. What are 2 things with in arms reach of you right now? High capacity stapler and a walkie talkie 6. Would you rather know how you are going to die, Or know when you…

Yo momma's so fat when they hand her the menu she reads it and says, "Ok".

THAT IS AWESOME.

Oh, epic. Just effing epic.

As long as my skin is clean and fresh, eyebrows nicely shaped, etc, I think I'm perfectly lovely without it and so does my husband.

I know exactly what you mean. My doctor has told me not to do squats or really anything that puts a lot of stress on my knees. I don't know your full situation but I had an injury in high school and have had fluid on the left one ever since. Literally, EVER SINCE. I have developed arthritis in that one the worse but I have…

Wow. You are absolutely beautiful. GREAT job.

I love beards. My husband keeps one most of the time. I hate it when he shaves.

Frozen weenies. My grandmother started me on them when I was teething and I never grew out of it. I STILL love frozen weenies. =)

Hurricanes were 'hornicanes". Cheese was Seese and "Please" had no 'L' "May I have some seese, pease?" (I was missing teeth in the front) Frogs were (and still are) Fruppers. An umbrella was a bumberchoot. Mom said I used to point at her boobs and say, "Elbow". She also used to try to get me to talk about 'yesterday'…

In a word: PAIN. I could barely walk. My arthritis was just awful. I dreaded getting out of bed in the morning because I'd have to stand up and the pain was excrutiating. I eyeballed those carts at walmart more than once. I couldn't keep up with my husband. I couldn't enjoy holidays because by the time I had the meal done…

I was dishonest on it, by A LOT but now I weigh less than what it says I do  It felt so awesome when I realized that!

It seems like I worked all night. That was 15 years ago so it's hard to recall but I'm pretty sure I was on 2nd shift and worked all night. I didn't care about the drinking thing either. Not like age had ever stopped me before. Happy birthday :drinker:

I find a nice stick in the spokes usually works pretty well. :drinker:

This is gonna sound generic but this is what I do. I read my Bible. I'm not an extremely religious person and I don't go to church but reading the Bible when I get really down at myself always seems to bring me out. Might not work for you but then, it might. Best of luck to you, I hope things get better.
