I like to roast a head of garlic and just eat the cloves. Also great spread on toast. Red onion is another of my faves. You might want to invest in a pack of gum for later though. :wink:

Yeah, I jerked back and told him to get out of my office. He actually works out in manufacturing, he harrases the women out there for the most part. Thank goodness he doesn't come in here often.

I started using MFP as an app on my phone so I didn't know about the boards or members either. Since I've joined the online community, I am MUCH more accountable for what I eat, logging, exercise, etc. It has helped me A LOT. Best of luck to you!!

Don't try to stay under on your protein. MFP low-balls protein. The way to figure up how much protein you need is: divide your weight by 2, the number you come up with should be your base protein amount. If you weigh 200, try for 100g of protein daily. Protein is good. Fiber is also good. Protein and fiber are your friends…
