i'm 5'7" and my highest was 243lb right now my goal is 160lbs, I have a large frame and large chest

large boobs are in my genes...I lost about an inch after the first month of losing weight...after two months i went up and inch from my starting measurement. For a lot of women though it's one of the first places they lose weight. They only time you would have cancer would be if there is a lump.

Never give up date night. It may get hard or you may not have the money. But do it any ways even if it means you go to the park and bring a home made lunch. Get out just the two of you. When you add kids to the mix it gets harder to do these things, but don't stop. Kids wont fix problems and can often make them worse…

i don't make the bed and it drives my husband nuts. I move a lot in my sleep and I'm a blanket hog. He'll often leave before I get up in the morning and make his side of the bed, by time he comes home it's trashed.

I was 20 when I had my daughter and 21 when I had my son, neither were planed but that doesn't matter. when my daughter 10 months old and I was 5 months preg with my son I married their father. Almost 5 years later we are still married and still very much in love. My husband just started school back up in the fall.

I personally hate yoga x. (too many sun salutations in the beginning makes me light headed) See if maybe you can sit in on the yoga class to see if it's something you think you can do. I traded out yoga x on days that I was supposed to do yoga and she shows other moves you can do if you can't quite manage the "real" poses.…
