I grabbed a donut at our morning meeting and brought it back to my desk along with what I originally was going to have for breakfast. Decided I didn't need it so I threw it away in the trash! Yea!!

OMG this totally works! I always do this when I am sore and man does it hurt to roll those muscles out but sure helps them!! I have also heard that the rolling pin method is a great way to stretch before and after a run!! Feel better :flowerforyou:

I believe I have my weekly goal set to lose a 1/2 lb but I will definitely check that out and switch to that if I'm not already there. Thanks for the advice! SO hard to just stick with it sometimes!

I do bathroom exercises. Every time I go to the bathroom (which is frequently since I'm trying to drink more water) I do an exercise. Sometimes its wall push ups, wall sits, squats, lunges... It seems to work for me and makes me feel better and gets the blood pumping in my body!

I took 3 weeks before I dropped anything! I actually gained weight the first week I started my journey and I WAS counting calories and staying under. This is going to be a journey and it's not all about sprinting to the finish line. Your body will get there you just have to keep up the hard work and give it the proper time…
