The 1200 calories was too low for me personally but that depends on how you feel with that amount. I would feel tired and run down all the time and would sabotage myself in the evenings with sweets. I've upped it and I feel better and I may not be seeing the scale go down as much as I want but I very much feel it in my…

I would also like to know if someone has it and how it's going for them. I've looked into it but still not sure.

When a few years ago my hubby and I started to eat better and lower our calorie intake I remember he lost 20 lbs in the first month while I lost 12 lbs. I was like this sucks and believe me I didn't cheat once, but I knew that a man's muscle mass causes them to burn calories at a greater rate than us. But the sweetest…

I used to play tag with my son and it was a real cardio workout, plus the benefit of playing so that even he will knock out quickly 'cause he got tired too.

I had the same problem and I noticed that instead of loosing weight I actually put on weight until I upped my calorie intake and since I'm working out almost every day I started to loose weight. So it's just your body telling you it's starving or it'll go into starvation mode and slow down your metabolism. Which is BIG No…
