Great job. You do not have to do the challenge both days. You just have 2 days to complete the challenge which is why there is more to do for the challenge. However if you want to do them both days good for you that is awesome.

I do them Monday through Friday then a weekend challenge on Saturday. You have Saturday and Sunday to complete the weekend challenge. Sorry I haven't been on here sooner to answer your question, I have a family friend who is missing right now and have been dealing with this all week.

Great job. Jazz I am sorry I don't come on all the time and didn't see your post. Just use whatever you are comfortable with. Maybe 3 lb weights first and if you are finding it is too easy mover up to 5 lbs.

Well these were just way too hard for me so I only was able to do 3 plus I was not home all weekend :(

Did these yesterday just forgot to post I completed them. I used 3 lb weights.

Something is better then nothing which I have been doing lately. I just have no time in the day right now. Hoping after the holidays I can get back on track.

I have done that too and get so busy I forget so I have done them the next day or just moved on to the next days challenge. Maybe next time :)
