How bout staying away from the ear buds and use the over the head type? I find the ear buds kind of hurt my ears after awhile.....

That's where my Fitbit comes in handy, get one! Tracks all that and syncs to MFP and adjusts automatically.......Then I log my own workouts I do.......

Cellulite may get better with exercise and tightening of the skin, stretch marks are there for life, pls don't listen to people who say creams and this and that will get rid of em, waste of time and money.......the only way to "remove" them is on the belly by a tummy tuck.......sorry girlie, learn to love em, all you can…

U should have a little something an hr or so before wkn out, nothing over 200 cal, an apple, cheese stick, etc.....you'll burn your muscle off otherwise, I just read this in a fitness mag today........

I opened a package of Quaker instant oatmeal and there were live worms in it, I was so grossed out I didn't eat oatmeal for a year!

Unfortunately you gotta stop drinking, if you want to change your body and live a healthier lifestyle......I have a few here and there, nothing excessive, no good in it.......
