I agree with vypeters. There are lots of things to consider. I think the younger you are the better your chances are of not having loose skin. Strength training helps and so does the proper diet.

The only program that comes to mind is Tae Bo by Billy Blanks which is sort of a boxing one that the previous poster suggested. I am sure there are more current ones.

Losing weight isn't easy. Strength training helps build muscles which in turn burn fat. I am better at exercising also. Sorry I meant to post this to the post above.

Yesterday I gained 1 pound. Yesterdays weight 249. I was actually down 10 last week even though my ticker doesn't show that. Had a couple of bad days.

I don't eat healthy either. However I am losing weight and am usually within my calories. I don't like vegetables. Do what works for you. I don't like coming home and cooking dinner when it is just me. :smile:

I use Sertraline which I believe is the generic for zoloft. no weight gain so far. verify that sertraline is the generic for zoloft

:smile: I think people are scared that if you lose a lot of weight you are not going to be the same person you were before. 125 pounds lost is awesome! I had lost 160 pounds once,unfortunately I put most of it back on. Surround yourself with people who are supportive and forget the others.
