I am planning on it. Haven't actually gotten around to signing up yet, but it's in my plan

My son was there this summer and was able to use his debit/ATM card to get cash with no problems. There were fees since it wasn't part of our bank and for international transactions, but he had no difficulty getting cash from ATM machines.

I do it 2 or 3 times a week. I find it's a good change of pace from the usual cardio of running and biking I do. I think it's a good all around workout

This is Detective Anderson. I'm the lead investigator in his murder. We are interviewing everyone who has any relationship with the deceased as a potential suspect. When would be a good time for you to come in for questioning?

Congratulations! You are awesome

That is awesome. You should be so proud of yourself

Twin Cities Marathon is the first weekend in October. Absolutely beautiful course around the lakes in Minneapolis and along the Mississippi River. Great finishing view of the state Capitol.

Outstanding lessons for everyone. Congratulations on your success!

Good luck, sounds like you have a great focus. I'm sure you will make it

Feel free to add me, I keep my diary open and have lost weight on here.

I haven't eliminated any food groups. Nor have I eliminated any foods, other than soda, but I really did that before I started on here and focused on losing weight, so I don't know if that counts. I reduced the quantity and frequency of some food, but I didn't eliminate anything. Some things just need more planning to work…

Don't avoid running in bad weather - it just might rain on your race day and you'll be glad you've learned how to deal with it Don't believe all the stuff about what you can't and shouldn't do - I constantly amaze myself Wear lots of reflective clothing in the dark Even while wearing reflective clothing bike riders won't…

Congratulations, that is awesome!

Complain to the management. It isn't what you are paying for, and it's completely unprofessional and uncalled for. You shouldn't have to switch classes to something less convenient to avoid her inappropriate behavior.

Inver Grove Heights / Eagan. Feel free to add me.

What I was thinking but stated much better

Once the ground is snow/ice covered I generally move indoors. I find I'm so worried about slipping that I don't have good form. My stride is uneven and short, and it's just not worth it for me. Especially during the week since it is dark out both before and after work, not being able to see ice on the streets, or easily…

Have fun! If you aren't enjoying it, then it's a lot of time and effort and it's tough to stick with it. So if you enjoy outdoors more than the treadmill, stay outdoors as much as possible. If you like the alone time, run by yourself. If you prefer the motivation of others then join a running group. Find out what you enjoy…

I run before work. It's key to set everything out the night before so you can quickly get up, get dressed and get out. I don't eat. It's hard to get up, but once you get moving it's fine, and it always feels so good to get going like that before work. I've also learned that once the alarm goes off, if I shut it off and…

That is fantastic. Congratulations! And I love the attitude of not waiting until you lose all the weight to experience these things! Fantastic.
-
Definitely do it. Everyone else in the class will also be new to it, not like they will be judging anyone.
-
Congratulations

Everything. My body already knows what I ate, depriving myself of that data doesn't help at all

Swimming? I doubt the elliptical is OK since it stresses the same muscles as running, but I'm not a doctor (and I did not stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night), so I'd confirm that with yours.

Our indoor running track circles above the basketball courts and the pool. The half above the pool is enclosed with windows overlooking the pool. One time I'm running and there are signs up on the windows stating that it is a track, not an observation deck, and that parents should not stand there to watch their kids in…

That was my first thought, too

Go for a long run. After every long run everything just comes right out. Or any other long cardio workout, same thing to a lesser extent
