Not really any advice, but I'm only on Day 6 today. I am doing 30DS and walking a mile or so a day, taking Saturday and Sunday off from 30DS. I don't really feel like it's getting any easier yet so I will probably do each level for 12 days or so.

congrats! and I completely understand! I had finally found a style that I looked and felt good in, now they don't fit but I cant seem to part with them because they *used* to make me look good even if they look terrible now.

I'm late to the party, but I'm in, setting a goal of 40 miles for the month. Just downloaded the Map my Walk app to help keep track of everything. Did a 1.5 mile walk with my daughter then went out on my own for another 3.3 so that puts me at 4.8 for the day. Not a bad start :)
