  • I take very few rest days but for me thats fine I strength train 4 days a week I cardio most every day. but when I do feel tired I take a rest day but that is rare drives my wife nuts

  • LOL naproxen works wonders for me I have been on a 90 day program that has squat every other leg workout and still get super sore after squats and deadlifts oh I am on like day 80
