I love me some Food Network! Chopped and the best thing I ever ate..I love to cook tho, and use so many recipes.. just my own healthy spin on what I see and watch! ( well except for that doughnut show I watched last night.. all that oil made me want to gag!)

I am only logging the miles I can count.. i am really tempted to got a pedometer and shoot for something like 200 next months, I could so walk or run that if I count every step :) 5 miles today!

I make my own dough with 100% whole wheat flour..or another thing I love..take a large portobello mushroom..pull off the cap, turn it over and put cheese, sauce and toppings and bake.. no carbs there and very low calorie.

10 months.. with some months being better than others..I didn't do alot of exercise the first 4 months or so..now I work out 3x a week.

Oh I LOVE Almond milk the 35 Calorie version is great for cooking and baking because it still has a little bit of fat it it and holds up great where FF milk would fall flat..For drinking I need the 60 Calorie kind though!
