Oh, there are trails EVERYWHERE! what would you like to know? I'm not from here originally but I've lived here for the last 13 years, so I guess I know a little about the town!

I do this exact thing! Night shift nurse here. My diary is set up in 6 hour blocks...12a-6a, 6a-12p, 12p-6p, and 6p-12a. Works awesome for me! :)

I have scoliosis. And asthma. And I always wanted to run but never thought I could - C25K changed my life, seriously. I've run dozens of 5ks and 10ks and am currently training for a half. I cannot possibly recommend it enough!

I had a ham & cheese quesadilla on a carb balance tortilla with tomato soup. Perfect fall lunch!

I'm a 3rd shift RN, so I just go strictly by time - my diary is divided up 12a-6a, 6a-12p, 12p-6p. and 6p-12a. I just go by the clock, which makes my life a lot easier!

Cheesy tots OMG it was the saddest day ever...I remember going through the drive thru and ordering only to hear "we don't have those anymore". I have never felt fatter as I drove away depressed. And tot-less.

Also a night-shifter. I found it helpful to set up my diary from midnight-midnight. Rather than breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks I have it set up as "12a-6a" "6a-12p" "12p-6p", and "6p-12a". Takes all the confusion out of "is this a snack or lunch or part of breakfast or still dinner". It's weird eating lunch at 3a.…

I work 8.5 hr nights and generally run as soon as I get home - then I can shower and go to bed without having to worry about fitting my workout in later in the day!

I hadn't had a pop tart in FOREVER...and then i read this thread at work. got home and immediately had 2 brown sugar-cinnamon ones. so worth it!
