Weight 289 today...0 loss/gain New scale though...so happy with the break even :)

Hopefully with the oatmeal in it, it will keep you feeling full :) My new thing this week is a new scale...measures body fat %... ouch....

Upped my walk to 3 miles this weekend, and still staying within my calorie goal. I've managed to avoid the crud, although everyone around me at work has come down sick...I'm hoping it stays away from me :) Have a wonderful week!

Weight 291 this morning. Lost 2 lbs. :) So far this week have been slightly under my calorie goal every day but one. I'm about even for the week. The last couple of days I have focused more effort on drinking water-I really don't drink enough water normally...
