Someone said i was oddly shaped. Got to me real bad. On the bright side ever since he said it i have lost half a stone. So i guess a sort of thanks is in order... not that i would actually thank him!!

Went backpacking in Australia and lived on pasta and beans. Not good!!! I have recently just moved into an apartment out here and purchased some trainers! Now i have no excuse not to cook some healthy grub in my new kitchen. And well i live next to the beach so an evening run along the front can't hurt too much either.…

Thanks for the replies everyone! currently eating my chicken with peanut butter (thanks for the ideas) for the record im 153lb and 5ft7, and i havent actually started the protein shakes. They are arriving in the post today :) The protein is Phd diet whey.

I bought my fitbit a little over a month ago. It was my favorite before i bought my Polar ft4 heart rate monitor. Which is half the price and much better!! But anyway i would recommend a fitbit, keeps me motivated to walk further.

I prefur the classes at the gym rather than the machines. I do body combat, body pump, body sculpt and zumba weekly!! SUCH FUN

Had my Fitbit One a week today!! I was averaging 1000 steps a day. ( i sit working at a computer all day ) My fitbit has pushed me to do a half hour walk on my lunch and after work. I also did 25.000 steps at the weekend! Its definetely a motivator!

Thanks for sharing that group.. guess i can join now im a fellow Fitbit owner. Like you i also like the idea of having a good idea of my TDEE.. im not looking for a miracle fix just something to keep me on track and give me a better understanding of my body needs!
