I have the wii fit - but I use it as my tracking device. I have a couple other 'workout' wii games that make me sweat more, but I do use it for fun when I've already worked out but feel like doing a little bit more. I love stamping my progress every day :D

For me - I sat and looked at all the exercise equivalents - as in, how long I would have to bike to burn off that burger - and so (in a weird way), my laziness helped a bit! As I saw the scale go down, I began enjoying cardio more - but I'd still classify it as a chore rather than a fun activity...Feel free to add me!

Thanks guys - I actually didn't even think to change my activity settings - I set up the account while I was still in school, so I was sedentary, but now I'm working for the summer and waay more active! I'll do that now! :happy:

It's more of a mental plateau..been hovering back and forth between 3 or 4lbs the past couple weeks.
