It's a method that varies from person to person but I usually seal it with the heat gun, then use decorators sealant to smooth out any hard lines or where 'welded joins' would be (if that makes sense). Then 50/50 wood glue/water with a sponge as this is the fastest application method and leaves no streaks. About five coats…

I actually tend not to eat much at all at conventions. I have one evening meal at the hotel restaurant or around the convention but other than that I usually have a pocket of sesame snaps and one of my pouches full of nuts and raisins. Lol we do this too, only my wife is the brains of the operation and somehow manages to kill everything in any given game with basic units including a single unit of cavalry or spearmen in Shogun Total War and a flak truck, flak tropper and a couple of soldiers in Red Alert 2 - basically she's the Hal to my Dave
