Marvel as well, i think DC is a little dated and prefer the artwork in Marvel comics. Not only that but the real world scenarios and storylines set in the Marvel universe appeal to me a lot more. Spidey will always be my fave post modern hero - I wrote my degree paper on him :)

Depends how you view it, I would say the Marvel franchise is trying to keep things fairly high level when it comes to issues like terrorism. If he's that superpatriotic he would surely believe his government is doing the right thing otherwise he's stepping into antihero territory.

Absolutely worth it, cured my knee problem which I had resigned myself to thinking was a ligament injury. Turned out just a tight IT band and such a simple exercise has meant I can now run with enjoyment knowing if it happens again there's a great way to cure it
