Every morning I weigh. The fluctuations in daily weighing don't bother me, as I focus on the monthly trend. I just took my measurements today and wish I would have done that 30 lbs. ago. I want to remember to track my measurements every couple of weeks.

This is petty much how I have been eating over the past month. The most important benefit for me has been in the reduction of painful headaches. Makes it worth it to me.

Awww, thanks. It's very challenging. 98% of my students are on free/reduced lunch. I wear many different hats and become a substitute mom for many kids. Makes it all worth it when they come back to visit once they've hit high school or have graduated and tell me how much they loved second grade! :heart:

I teach second grade. It's sometimes a challenge to keep up with those kiddos!
