Roaman's, activasports.com or biggerbras.com have a good selection. I've yet to find a sports bra that I'm comfortable running in - I double up with a Goddess 90607and a Glamorise 2459. I look like a football player but they hold the girls steady.

Hubby and I work opposite shifts so I think we are down to once or twice a month. I go to bed at 10 PM, he doesn't crash until 5 AM. That's my last hour of sleep so I would probably injure him if he tried to wake me up :ohwell:

So, what is a good high cal snack that people have to boost cals at the end of the day? I don't want to do shots to keep my cals up. Well, I kinda do but know that's not the smartest route :drinker:

I drink whiskey with water or Diet Coke when I go out, and get a water to go with it. The water keeps me hydrated and the whiskey is more efficient than beer, calorie- and buzz-wise :-). We have a friend that owns a brewpub so they only serve beer, there I get stouts because they fill my belly up faster so I don't want to…

"Bump" puts the thread in your profile so you can find it again later - I do it whenever there are recipes I want to try. Feel free to friend me!

I did not 'click' with Weight Watchers. It felt like everything was focused on points rather than nutrition. For example, more fiber means less points, rather than an adult needs x grams of fiber for nutrition, etc. I felt like I learned how to lower the points on recipes but I never learned how to up the nutrition or what…

Morningstar Farms makes a yummy bbq riblet. Tastes like a McRib, probably because that's not really meat either.

"You're not wrong, Walter, you're just an a**hole" - The Big Lebowski Runner-up: Pretty much every other line from that movie.

Similar boat, minus hospitalization. I've been taking B vitamins and St John's and don't think they help but it's hard to tell cuz I don't want to quit and spiral. Exercise seems to be the only thing that helps - I particularly like weights, jogging, and zumba. I've been in a particularly hard funk the last couple months…

Same problem, I was a DD in high school and never looked back, but one day I'm going to have nice, toned shoulders and I'd like to show them off. I love Lane Bryant bras but haven't tried the strapless ones. I tried one with the clear straps but they just weren't strong enough - stretched out after a couple tries. Don't…

Since I started tracking sodium I have gotten much better about not eating processed foods. I still go over a bit but at least I'm in the ballpark, Lord knows where I was when I wasn't paying attention! I've started planning my meals for the week on Sunday and writing them on a list on the fridge - I then hit the coupons…

If I worked from home I would turn into a total agoraphobe. Then if I found someone to deliver groceries, good Lord, they'd never see me again! MFP is cool, there are a lot of forums that aren't about weight loss too. Welcome aboard!

I was at a Weight Watchers meeting once and a man gave my son (he was around 4) a Tootsie Roll. I asked him if he said 'thank you' and he said (felt like he screamed it) "to the big fat man? OK!". At least he went over and said 'thank you', I guess. Mortifying, I feel for you!

Amazing! I'm the same height and this is such an inspiration!

I started in January and have a lot to lose as well - anyone feel free to add me!

I'm pushing though a caffeine wd headache right now - I've had it since yesterday afternoon. Broke down and had a cup of half-caf this morning with my ibuprofen. I've cut out soda and cut back on alcohol too, plus tracking my food religiously. I've been weirdly depressed and emotional and it didn't click that it could be…

I'm doing the same thing - just finished second day of Couch to 5K. My cousins all run and they are so inspiring, I want to play too! We are going to have a big group of us do a run in May, I'm hoping to 'run' (I mostly plod so far) the 5k for the first time. I've tried and failed many times before - always push too hard…

My husband dropped out of his darts league this season so we could watch it together - he works nights so we usually only have Sunday night together. DVR, hot pretzels, and cocktails for us.

I do wish the program was added to the exercise database here - I've been counting it as 20 mins at 4 mph - my 'run' is about 4.5 and my walk is 3 mph.

I just started it - finished day 2 a few minutes ago. I would say STRETCH!! I am prone to shin splints and have a wonky ankle, which I have used for excuses to quit several times before. This time I'm using these stretches: http://www.coolrunning.com/engine/2/2_1/126.shtml doing 1,2,3,5,7, and 12 and no shin splints to…
