No clue why I HAD to have the dark ones. Is there something different with the brown colas compared to like sprite, 7up, etc? I have no cravings for any of them anymore....thank goodness....

For me it was REGULAR soda's. I then went to Diets and saw a slight decrease in swelling but knew its just as bad.

If you could hand write those and put the piece of paper somewhere that you can refer back to, like in your purse, on your vanity in your bathroom, on your bedroom mirror, near the treadmill... We must remind ourselfs 'why' we began.... Hand write those, its sooo important. Thank you for accepting the challenge.

how long have you been doing 1200? that is what i did to jumpstart my weighloss to get to my goal, it was a HARD adjustment and very difficult. You just have to stick with it and your body will get used to it, later you'l be able to up your calories...
