The resistance band- yoga mat- ankle weights- dumbells or you can modify it and not use any weights and still get a great workout

LMAO!!! @ Sweet. I'm sorry i got that stuck in your head (kinda) lol I should mention that I worked for a dermatologist for 10 years and started using sunscreen at the age of 17 EVERYDAY on my face. I also was able to use the best face wash, moisturizers, exfolients, etc... ... ... could talk beauty all day too!

excedrin helped me... it has a little bit of caffeine but it helped take the edge away and wasn't as much caffeine as you'd find in a double shot of coffee.... after about 4 days it gets easier to switch from the excedrin to ibuprofren. I personally do not go by the MFP cardio database because you don't know what weight it was based on, what machine, etc... it all varies, I actually manually input my own excersizes in my own database in MFP. It's best to find out what muscle that machine worked out on your arm...if it was 'shoulders' or 'bicep' i would just type in that specific muscle... thats how I find my workouts that I have done in the gym or at home... specify the muscle.
