I've normally drank too much & lost count so don't bother tracking or I've drank too much & forgot to eat so I don't bother tracking, lmao. But yeah, probably a good thing to do as alcohol packs quite a few calories.

A day off never hurt any body! Enjoy yourself & then get back on the wagon tomorrow :) Meanwhile, stick to what you know is healthy, go with your gut instinct! Nothing fried, go for grilled, like grilled chicken or fish :) No oils, butters or dressings! They're evil ;)

Yes! :D Also, you might gain weight on the scales from building muslce, so measurements are actually equally as good as going by the number on the scale.
