I just sent you a request. This week I hit 275 days. I log everything; however my diary isn't open -- so if that bothers you don't add me, LOL! I (like most people) need to make more time for exercise especially since I am part of a group trying lose 20 lbs by Christmas.

This morning before I left the house I threw in 4 frozen boneless/skinless chicken breasts 1 can creamed corn 1 can green beans 1 can cream of chicken soup Salt, pepper, granulated garlic. Cook it on low all day. My hubby is going to dump in 1 cup uncooked rice later this afternoon. Easy chicken caserole :)

I LOVE my FitBit. I have used it since February and wear it everyday. I used to spend about 6 hours a day driving and never had issues with it adding steps while driving. I still use MFP and let it sync. The only negative I know is that you don't get actual calories burned when doing exercises such as videos, weights, etc.…

I started last Friday. I did it Friday and Saturday. On Sunday and Monday my elbows hurt so bad that I couldn't bend them or feed myself :sick: I am going to try to do day 3 tonight after I get home from meetings since I can bend my arms again.

I just started today also. UGH!!! My arms feel like jello and I can feel my butt tightening :sad: I actually had to stop a couple of times and not do all the arm/push ups but I am hopeful that I can get further after a few days.

Today was my day to run - I didn't. My stomach cramping started again today - two days after running. I don't know if it is because of running or not. So tonight I power walked for 2 miles. Arms pumping, butt tucked up, abs tucked in as fast as I could - hey it's something right? :ohwell:

I took off 2 weeks (doctor's order); I started back it Monday and restarted with week 6. (I kind of randomly picked it.) I didn't do tonight but will run tomorrow. I would like to keep the group going also!

I tried WK8D1 today. I didn't make it. I have a pain in my inner thigh/hip that started after about 20 minutes and was getting progressively worse - so I shut it down and walked. I will repeat it again on Thursday, but just didn't think that the pain felt ok to go on today. I am not at all disappointed that I couldn't do…
