South Beach has dark chocolate covered sunflower seeds and soy nuts. Only 100 calories and usually does it for me. I tried the mashed bananas and oats cookies and they were nasty. However, the muffins made with a chocolate cake mix and Libby's 100% pure pumpkin was pretty good.

I too like my junk food and I don't deprive myself of it and I think my diary will prove that. However, I do weigh and measure things (I love my kitchen scale). Feel free to add me, I am also 5'5" looking to get back to 130 lbs. I am currently at 165 lbs so I have about 35 lbs. more to go.

I started January 2012 and lost 25 lbs. Stopped in July when I went on vacation and never got back on track, which resulted in a 13 lb. gain. I just started back in January 2013 and have lost about 5-7lbs. Please feel free to add me.

My weigh in day is on Sunday so I will weigh in then Sunday Feb. 3rd and go until Sunday March 3rd. I'm in...10 lbs would put me back to where I was when I stopped MFP to go on vacation in July 2012. Thought I didn't need the help...boy was I wrong!!

Thanks, I just started doing a new workout and noticed that I have gained about 2lbs. Glad to know that it is due to the workout, because I have been very careful about what goes into my mouth. I will keep going knowing that it is only temporary.

I am also 5'5" and I started at 185lbs and am currently bouncing between 161lbs & 163lbs. My goal weight is 135lbs, because currently my curves are rounding outward rather than inward. At 135lbs I would be in about a size 9/10. But right now I would settle for busting out of the 160's.

I don't think you will have any problem doing the 30DS. I didn't start w/ as much weight but I have had 2 back surgeries and I have been able to do all three levels. I have not been able to do 30 days straight, so don't beat yourself up if you need to take a day or two off and start up again. I follow the modified moves…
