Tried this recipe a while back....:sick: yucko! I didn't like them at all!!! My 12 yr old son spit it out...they went in the trash :sad: I guess not for all taste buds :brokenheart:

My sister bought the peanut butter ONCE. It looked disgusting so I wouldn't even try it! My husband said it was the worst thing he ever tasted. I stay away from anything that sounds too good to be true... 0 calories!! :noway:

Just about any protein on a bed of spring mix salad with grape tomatoes, feta cheese, sliced strawberries & homemade ranch dressing (made w/almond milk & light mayo/Greek yogurt). Yum!

Yup, me too! Lost 65 lbs, gained back 20lbs (took 11 months) now back to lose the 20 + another 10 I log daily and have an open diary. Anyone can add me :bigsmile: I'm on the West Coast if you're looking for someone from the P.S.T. zone. LOL!

I'm in the same situation!! Lost 65 lbs, over the last 11 mos gained back 20:cry: . Came back to logging about 2wks ago and down 5. MPG does work...just need to use it :wink: . I can always use encouragement and willing to give back to. Always looking for positive friends too.

Try adding a low cal soup (like cabbage soup)...this is very low in calories and is very filling. I have a 2 cup serving with my salad at lunch and sometimes have a servings when I get home while I cook dinner....great low cal filler IMHO.
