I'm glad I gave up this silly, short-lived habit. It's definitely a reason why I put on some pounds in the first place. I don't understand why people drink alcohol in the first place. oh well.

I'm kind of getting the same results as you, but I figured that I use to have more muscle and now I think I may have more fat than muscle.. I'm actually lower than the weight I use to be, but don't look it. So I'm adding in strength exercises and am hoping to loss some more fat and tone up. That should work!

I started off at 1200, but then upped it to 1410 where I lost more weight than when I was at 1200. Now I'm at 1350.. but I've been keeping it around 1200 just by eating plenty of low calories foods. So even though my goal is 1350, I'm usually around 1200.. still losing!

"Good things come to those who work their *kitten* off and never give up!!"

Interested!

Yeah, we've all fallen off the wagon here and there but you have to ask yourself.. like I do everytime I think of just eating what I want to, "Do I really want to give up everything I worked my *kitten* off for, for this one thing!?" It's so easy to put on but really hard to get off. I've had a few slip ups here and there.…

Fuel up on healthy foods all day, stay within your limits and workout! That's all you can do :) If you eat healthy and get in good exercises, your body will have no choice but to lose! good luck

I'm on MFP everyday, logging food and exercise and always giving encouragement to my friends. I recently had to go through my friends list and delete a lot of friends who sadly veered off track. I am also looking for inspirational, motivational, committed friends. Add me and I will give you the same in return :)

I actually started MFP through the app for my Android and I loved logging and whatnot but I didn't have any motivational support or anything since you can't read the message boards on the app. So I've been becoming more addicted to the site as time has went on, after discovering this amazing community of people! I also…

Guilty :\ I want motivated friends who are accountable, motivational, inspirational.. all that good stuff! I don't like seeing someone not log in for a month, it kind of gets ME down in a way, seeing someone give up like that.
-
Most likely not, MFP levels for protein are way low! I try to eat more than my daily protein allowance. Protein is good for you!

Definitely had a sticker shoker! lol! When I started paying attention to SERVING size and the AMOUNT of calories and other nutrients in each serving size (which was about 2 serving sizes less than what I was eating!) I couldn't belive it! I'm glad that now I can't even stomach that much food!! THANK YOU MFP! I guess my…

That sounds good, I should try some! I believe everything is bad for you to a certain extent. So that's why you have everything in moderation. But I'm sure you don't drink enough of it to harm your health, you should be fine! :)

I'll be making this sometime soon!!!!

I drive a 1999 Mazda Protege.. bought it back in January 2005. It was previously wrecked before I got it so I've had never ending problems.. but they are definitely not as bad as they used to be.. I think I'm done putting a LOT of money in it for repairs.. now just minor fixes and my own modificaitons :) Other than my…
