I've tried it once before, and went for about a week, but discontinued! :grumble: It's pretty tough but I do think I moved to level 2 too early. I use my heart rate monitor and created a 30 Day Shred exercise and input the calories I actually burned. but before i owned a hrm, i used circuit training.

The 30DS is definitely a tough challenge! I haven't made it all the way through the 30 days but I did work out to level 1 last night just because I felt like having a really good workout. I'm not ready to take on the challenge again though. I felt sick afterwards as well. Muscles sore as well... but it hurts so good!

I got a timex watch that has a HRM feature. It keeps track of the length of your workout, your heart rate and your %, as well as how many calories you burn. I got it for a little under $40. It works great!

My goal is get in at least 30 minutes of walking!! (and not eat back calories burned) I'm severely lacking in my exercises.. or lack there of. So I have to start over and start small.

Omg yes :( lol, but it isn't as bad as I thought. I originally was super scared to lose them due to weight loss so at first, I wasn't trying to lose weight. But then I just went ahead and got with the program! lol, afterall I do want to be healthy.. I've lost 24lbs, going from 168 to 144. Size went from 38C to 38B

I have about 14-19 more pounds to go until I'm at my ULTIMATE goal.. should I reach that goal before building muscle/toning?

Once I have reached my ultimate goal, I will donate them. For now, since I'm still trying to lose, they're all I got to wear since I don't want to buy new clothes just to lose more weight and they too, become big and have to be donated.

In! A few days late, but I think I can still jump on the wagon :-) I weighed in on Sunday, 151.. 136 would sure be nice. Just in time for my vacation September 1st! :-) my weigh in days are Sundays though, the beginning of the week. See ya on Sunday!
