I'm also interested in suggestions. I try high fiber foods (Fiber One cereals and snacks), lots of water, fruits, oatmeal, and my newest buddy that seems to always do the trick.. coffee!

I'm a bank teller, so I sit from 9-6 everyday, in front of a computer. lol, just like I am now ;) I get motivated on MFP though so it gives me the drive to be active when I get home on most days and eat right and stay on top of my calories throughout the day. It gets a little tough here and there because of chips, cookies…

It happens to everyone! Don't give up :) the past is in the past.. let it be. Just move on and forget it happened. You can do this!

I guess I would say soda and alcohol.. although I have one or the other on very rare occasions! I am trying to do withough cheese.. but that's another food I eat on very rare occasions. I don't drink whole milk or even 2%.. I like Fat free skim milk. Everything else is just in moderation really :)

Forget him and move on! It seems like he's a lot older than you and your future shouldn't be dusted off just because he has his on debt to pay. That is in no way your responsibility. Focus on and what you want out of life. You're 19.. you shouldn't have to be working so much to pay someone else's debt. You can get finicial…

I hit my 1st goal in July and rewarded myself by getting a very short haircut which I haven't had for a very long time, I love it!! But I'm 9 lbs away from my 2nd and FINAL weight/scale goal.. so I will reward myself byyyyy either getting a belly piercing or my first tattoo ;)

here, here! I went from a C to a B after losing 24 lbs. :( But I bought a cute bra that fits good and it made me feel better to wear something that isn't huge in that area. It does get me down from time to time though, but oh well, I'm healthier now then I was then.. that extra cup was just fat anyway.

Start doing the 30 Day Shred :) It takes around 30 minutes to do a workout.. indoors along with Jillian Michaels. I always burn over 300 calories.. sometimes even 400. It just depends on how hard you push yourself. Give it your all!

Just try to keep busy.. find something to do. I always wanna snack whenever I relax and do nothing.. cleaning, exercising, shopping ;) lol, just anything. And try to only keep healthy foods and snacks on hand. Get rid of the junk food :)

I'm kinda in the maintaining zone lol. I'm comfortable with where my weight is now, but wouldn't mind losing 12 more lbs. Toning up is also something I'm interested in!

Hey ya'll! I'm Tara and have been on this weight loss journey for near bout going on a year. I'm looking for something to really get me going and hold me accountable so I can finally reach my goal weight of at least 135lbs. So I have about 12lbs to go but 15lbs would be a great achievement as well! I just got back from…

Thank you! Great advice! That's very comforting :)

Thank you, this is very comforting! I never really thought about that though, how if I did go for 125 and lost 1 more lb, I would then be under weight! But yeah, I'll re-evaluate my goals and shoot for 135 and just focus on the measurements! :) And I just looked up some pics for around my weight. Someone started at 140,…

I will try, but I'm going to lower the goal.. this is my first challenge like this, so I'll work up to 3,500 Weekly Goal: 2000 Mon (8/27): 176 (Circuit training, general.. crunches, pushups, lunges, chest wise, cardio - 15 minutes) Tues (8/28): 438 (30 Day Shred: Level 1 + Tuesday Mini-Challenge: 150 crunches - 38 minutes)…

That is terrible and I am so sorry for your tragedy. It's very understandable that you feel sick and can't keep your food down.. but I agree with one of the earlier posts... they said to treat yourself like you have the flu.. or a stomach virus. Drink gatorade, sprite, ginger ale and eat soups and lightweight warm foods.…

Im in!! I work out at home and would love to lose a size! :)

I find it very helpful to log everything.. food, exercise, weight, measurements... I like it.. helps me stay on track and get the results I want!
-
No, don't have this problem in my house.. but yeah, if you have to, hide it in your room or somewhere so that you can eat the proper serving size :)
