I have it for Wii, just started using it this week! It's fun and really gets you moving! My muscles are actually a bit sore today :) I usually burn 150-200+ cals for 20 minutes sessions. It really depends on how much you put into it. Definitely a good workout. And it's fun that it has beginner, intermediate, expert levels…

I've just started! So this is an interesting post! I'm glad to see positive responses too :) I'm just started on Zumba for Wii, trying to get down the moves and whatnot. I'm not a great dancer lol, so maybe one day I'll work up to an actual class lol! I'm hoping to see good results!

I make sure to buy meals for a week at a time, that way I already have food to prepare for meals and there's no need for fast food. Also think about from a money saving POV :) Save the cash and make your own!

This all good advice! I've really been wanting to try Zumba as well and I got it for Wii as a Christmas present but haven't tried it out yet because I'm doing 6W6P still. But I'll begin it today :) because I can't wait to try it!

You can't win for losing. The only person's thoughts about your weight/appearence/health is YOURS. Every one thinks differently and has their opinions, but what makes them right? As long as you eat healthy, stay active and are happy with where you are in life, fitness and health.. that's all that matters!

I care about the calories.. but I also care about the protein, fiber, carbs, sodium and now trying to work more on my sugar intake... that's a tough one since most my sugar comes from fruit. :ohwell:

I did pretty well up until Christmas Eve.. then It went downhill for a few days. I ended up gaining 2.0 lbs since Sunday! :( Not cool. lol! I'm completely back on track today! NO MORE HOLIDAY TREATS (in crazy, obsessive amounts anyways lol.. I'm not here to completely deprive myself).

Don't have to give it up.. even helps a little with weight loss actually. I would ditch the creamer though and just put a little artificial sweetner in it... it'll turn your coffee into a 2-3 beverage. That's what I did anyways, good luck.
