I remember this... We used to ride our bikes as far as we could go. Now, I don't let my kids go down the block alone, much less several neighborhoods over, like I did as a kid. Oh, and parachute pants.

Today is my week one and I lost 6.7 pounds!!!! I'm glad I found this thread because I was a little worried it was so high. Most places say 2lbs a week is 'aggressive'. Looks like I'm definitely not the only one! Congrats everyone!!!

I used the Wii Fit for two months, in combination with eating right and using a treadmill, last summer and dropped twenty pounds. So I say it works. I did Yoga for 30 min a day, the strength training exercises for 30-45, then 30 min on the treadmill. (I split it up throughout the day) I actually ended up doing more than…

I already went from DD to D when I lost 20 lbs last summer. I am seriously hoping NOT to go down any more "up top". THAT would make me cry. I'm kinda partial the the girls. Lol

I've tried most sugar substitutes, and though most people I know say they can't taste a difference, I can. They all have a weird aftertaste. I can't get past that enough to use them. I would recommend honey. It will take a little getting used to, but at least the aftertaste doesn't taste like chemicals.

Has anyone found any of the Yoga poses in the available exercise list in the IPad app? My workout routine includes Yoga, and I don't want to leave it out of my exercises done for the day.
