I get it Magic!! I hate trying to log miles from my phone. That's exactly what I am doing now...was a crazy busy day at work. 29 - 6.22 = 101.09, 7/8 (i did that math in my head and think its right...i know i needed 6.13 to hit my 101 and busted my butt to hit over the 6!!)

I have about 100 lbs to lose. Goal of 8 - 10 per month. I get up at 4 am to get ready and get myself to work. No formal workout that early, but I do have to get up so that I can take the dog for a 15 - 20 minute walk. Gets my blood pumping in the morning, too.

24 - 2.37 = 81.86, 5/8. I went home from work at 10 am yesterday and slept the day away. Went to the chiropractor and then went home and continued to be lazy, capping off with an early bedtime. Today has got to be better!!! It's a gym day, so I should hit my 5 and be closer to my goals!!!

I'm a little behind in my miles. Plugging away.... 22 - 2.59 (I came to work at 0530 and didn't get home b/c of appts until almost 7 pm. Passed out at that point!) 23 - 5.05 Total = 79.49, 5/8 (21.51 to go in 6 days)

Went to bed early again last night. We didn't go to the gym, but I did take the puppy to the greenway right after I got home from work. :) He did ok. Still wants to meet everyone and turns a walk into an upper body workout! LOL 18 - 3.77 = 62.69, 4/8

I've not been feeling well. Haven't been doing as much as I should.
