I'm following the ketogenic diet (7 months in) and it's generally recommended that your diet is ~65% fat, ~30% protein, and 5% carbs. Some people even do short term 'fat fasts' and up their fat intake to 90%. As long as you're hitting the 65/30/5 you should be good to go. :)

My 'ideal' partner is taller and heavier than me, laid back, with a sense of humor. I refuse to date somebody that is abusive, on drugs (even marijuana), does not have their own legal source of income (awful lot of pot farmers in my area), or that won't respect me. Other than that, I'm pretty open. I don't feel that's too…

I suppose my reasons are shallow. I'm 24, ready to start having serious relationships, and the dating pool is apparently a lot bigger when you're not 300+lbs. Plus I've always been overweight (or at least saw myself as such) and I honestly have no idea what I look like when thinner. The more weight I lose, the more I love…

Are there stairs in your building? Is it possible to walk up and down them a couple times a day? Three flights of stairs is pretty good cardio.

I started at 370, today I was 279. 91 pounds gone! Here are some progress pictures (370-290) but I look really mean in them. :( I'm a happy person, I just look super serious. http://imgur.com/a/aY3WF#0
