I love sweet potatoes. I need to go to the store and purchase some more. It's actually become my dessert. When I crave something sweet, I add brown sugar and cinnamon! yummy!

I treat it as a new day, a fresh start. I let yesterday's mistakes go and make a decision to stay on task! That's really all you can do! :) Hang in there, you are human and we all go through this...it's a process! BTW, congrats on your weight loss! Great job!

Im Baptist and it is observed by Baptists. typically, the Pastor will request the church to fast during certain hours of the day or request them to give up something. My goal is give up meats, except seafood. It'll be tough but I'm going to try. Wish me luck! :)

OMG...I have to do that all the time. I do not have the will power so I always soak my temptation w/water, dish detergent or whatever is within my reach. If I don't that, there is a chance that throwing in the trash isn't good enough (sad but true)! :( I mean, if I throw the box away, I'll say, it didn't touch the trash…

I love hummus...especially the garlic one. I put grill chicken in pita bread, add low-fat feta cheese, salsa (homemade), bean sprouts and carrots to this. It's heaven!

That banana smoothie looks delicious. Did you cut the apple in small pieces before blending? I'm going to have to try that. Thanks for posting.
