squash is a drink diluted with water. Don't really know how to describe it - maybe it's just an english thing. It flavours the water really (i don't particuarly like drinking lots of water so flavouring it helps)

Graze boxes are brilliant I love them. Yes they are quite expensive but at the end of the day to have the variety of snacks they send you would be expensive to go out and buy as well. Nuts aren't cheap to buy. I don't mind paying it as I get a good selection of different snacks. I eat them almost every day on the way home…

nuts, seeds, dried/fresh fruit are all good. Nuts are high in calories but are also really good for you :) And I agree with the above comments you need to eat at least three meals a day. Ive even heard it said it's better to eat four smaller meals. I eat 3 meals and 2 snacks which tend to be fruit and/or nuts.

You need to eat more otherwise your body will put itself into starvation mode and will store fat. You will end up putting on weight instead of loosing it. You also need to make sure you get lots of vitamins and nutrients to keep you healthy - on the amount you are eating you probably aren't getting them all. You really…

That sounds like a great idea! I keep weighing myself every day even though I know I shouldn't but I just can't help myself. Then I get annoyed at the results!

I've drunk green tea before but it's really not that enjoyable. If you do have it make sure you don't leave the tea bag in the water for any longer than a minute and half otherwise it tastes bitter.

I would say yes - because if you don't eat enough calories you could put your body into starvation mode and then you won't loose weight. I would say try and eat those calories if you can.
