ME!!!! This is me to a T! I just get excited and then a week later frustrated! I am taking the advice here and continue to try and work through it!

I have watched this 3 times since yesterday. I am hoping that my son and husband will do this together! I ruptured a disk in my lower back Oct 2010 and I am still afraid to try anything like this! :frown:

I have snacks throughout the day, but if I am worried about my calorie intake I drink green tea with a bit of Truvia, That seems to suffice!

I would love to know also! I had a ruptured disk in my lower back in Oct 2010, and I am leery of doing some of these exercises for fear of what might happen.

What a fabulous story! Thanks so much for sharing! I ruptured a disk in Oct. 2010 and it was the worst pain I have ever suffered. I too had to use a wheelchair as I could not bear my own weight. I am happy to hear your success and I hope you continue being successful on your journey! You are doing fabulous!
