I would also like to mention that I have one house that I clean that is 5,700 Sq feet..... 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, an office, game room, great room, kitchen, dining room, formal dining room, living room & formal living room... So, for those who think house cleaning cant be work... I beg to differ!!! :laugh:

I do because I clean houses for my second income... usually 3-6 hours of non stop cleaning.... thats alot of burn!!! :wink:

I have to ask... what are your goals? You mentioned that you werent getting the results you are looking for. 1-2lbs a week is a sensible & average amount to loose. If you are loosing that amount consistantly then maybe you should rejoice in your accomplishments. JW.... Best wishes!!!

I agree with several others here... spread your calories out... opt for 4-5 small meals a day evenly spaced apart. eventually your body will let you know its time to eat 7 you wont even need to look @ the clock. When hunger pains strike late @ night Protein works best for me.... I can slowly eat a tsp or two of reduced fat…
