There's something definitely wrong with that. It's not for women, but the tag line is "Get your lips around this". Sure sounds like it's for a woman to me!

At the end of my run, I try to run @ 6.5 mph for as long as I can. When I'm fading, I play Hell on Heels by Pop Evil. It's the perfect BPM for 6.5 mph & It gets me through another 3-4 minutes, because I can run along with the music & not think about running.

Kristin Bell, Danielle Ruah (NCIS LA), Emma Stone or Yvonne Strahovski

Uh-Oh, because nothing good ever follows it. It's not like people ever say "Uh-Oh, I just won the lottery."

My DVR works overtime. We watch: The Walking Dead, Breakout Kings, CSI Miami, The Glades, Castle, Hawaii 5-0, Alcatraz, 2 Broke girls, NCIS, NCIS LA, the biggest loser, Unforgettable, the River, Breaking In, Body of Proof, Criminal Minds, Missing, CSI, Psych, Awake, Touch, the Big Bang Theory, Person of Interest, the…

I know. Last year I was at a party with some friends & this guy wouldn't let it go. I warned him & even went to a different part of the house, but followed me, running his mouth, so finally I popped him in the mouth & let him know about it when he tucked his tail between his legs & left. It just irritates me to no end when…

It would go to my big screen TV fund.

I hate when people talk about women's drinks when it comes to alcohol. I have never been able to stand beer or wine, so somehow that impacts my "manliness"?
-
Thank you! Someone who gets it! The stereotype is that men don't drink diet soda, so they're trying to get them to try it by challenging their "manliness". I like Dr Pepper 10, though not as much as Pepsi Max. CATCHPHRASE!

Running as much as I can. If I can't run, I love the stairmaster. Nothing like climbing the worlds tallest building (255 floors) in 30-35 minutes.

I love my fitbit ultra. It's far more accurate than a pedometer & it also tracks your sleep (which is good for me with my sleep apnea). I have it linked to MFP & it works great. My wife & daughter have one as well, so we definitely recommend it.

Screw what other people think. You're doing this for yourself, not them. I always thought that the only way I would run is if someone's chasing me, but I started in December & now I hate it when I can't run. You need to start slow, but try for an improvement every time. There will be times when you don't see an…

I like the crystal light on the go mix ins. Only 10 calories per packet & there's a ton of flavors. My favorites are the lemon tea, peach tea & raspberry lemonade.

For me, it's all about priorities. If you & your wife play video games, get some that use the kinect for xbox 360 or the wii fit types. We do these as a family & it's both fun & gets you off the couch. I tend to get the "blahs" when I don't get some sort of exercise. When I get done at the gym, whether it's running or…

This post is an excellent example of why "healthy debates" aren't possible on a message board. Tone is everything. Nobody said you were the first to oppose the post, so there was nothing that was inaccurate. The topic he was commenting about was from his frame of reference. It just makes you sound holier than thou. That,…

I started with Expense Manager, and when I had to account for what I spent my money on, I discovered that it helped me make better decisions. I also use MFP (of course), JEFIT & Shopping list. I like shopping list because I can sync the grocery list with my wife's phone, so instead of calling me every time we need…

I work two jobs & have a family, and it's all about determination to succeed. The days my kids don't have school, I'll go to the gym before work to run, & then again during my lunch hour to lift. 6 days a week I'm up by 5 and to bed at 10 if I'm lucky. If you have time to watch TV or read a book or take a nap, you have…

Pepsi Max all the way! The people saying that there's something off about the taste of Pepsi Max, it's because it actually has taste! Coke zero & diet coke taste like they are watered down. M personal order of preference: Pepsi Max Diet Dr. Pepper (Dr. Pepper 10 also) Diet Dew Diet A&W Diet Sunkist As for those studies…

It depends. On the days you do the strength training, are you doing them at the same time, or one in the Am & one in the PM? I prefer to do my cardio before work & then lift when I go to the gym later in the day.
-
I use the packets as well. The lemon & peach tea are really good, and when it starts getting hot, I love the raspberry lemonade flavor. They are about $2.50-$3.00 for 10 in a box & there's plenty of flavor variety so you're not drinking the same thing all the time.

The 104th times the charm! Being a Cubs fan is like playing the lottery. You hope for the best, but expect the worst.

Man Cave improvements. Really big screen HDTV, blue-ray player & blue rays, new recliner & couch.

The best is when she's on the late late show with Craig Ferguson. They are always hilarious!

Female - Kristen Bell, Yvonne Strahovski or Daniella Ruah Male - Nathan Fillion or Alex O'Laughlin

I think it'd be real interesting to have Shane's fate on the show end up the same as in the graphic novel.
-
At first I thought, what is he doing standing between those two, but when they showed the view over his shoulder & he could see the fat guy through the mirror, I could see he was blocking the line of sight between them so they couldn't get the drop on him. Anyone else think Shane's time is running out?

So many good ones from Heartbreak Ridge (Improvise, Adapt, Overcome!) I'm going to have to go with another Clint Eastwood movie, and it's a motto I try to live by. A man's got to know his limitations. - Magnum Force

Where to begin? So many shows, so little time. Leverage, Smallville, Battlestar Galactica (the remake), Veronica Mars, Chuck, Fringe, the Walking Dead, Castle, 24, Friends, Alias, Justified, Eureka, Warehouse 13, White Collar, Burn Notice, ER, the Big Bang Theory, NCIS, NCIS LA, Hawaii 5-0 (the new one), the Glades, Las…
