I don't eat dressing or I bring my own. Without the dressing it is ok in a pinch.

French frys do gross me out...so I may be crazy but double fried potatoes look like artery clogging heart attacks to me.

My son watched Super Size me 8 or so years ago and has not eaten McD since. Fast food that is high in fat grosses me out. But I always find healthy on the menu. I will eat a McD salad but never a hamburger.

Holy cow $50 for a tie? My husband stops by Steinmart and always gets great ones on sale for $10. He is a very sharp dresser, and he won't pay more than $20 for a tie. But you have to shop the sales, watch the big stores like Dillards, etc. Don't buy cheap, they look cheap. Buy nice on sale.

I too only have 1200 calories, and I do better when I don't snack at all. I stick with 4 300 calorie MEALS, or a similar mix, that will sustain me to the next meal. When I snack it does not curb my hunger at all, so I just eat more anyway. Most successful is a 200 cal bkfst, 400 cal lunch 300 cal snack and 300 cal dinner.…

I pick a future goal, a 5K race I want to run in 10 weeks, a dress I want to wear in 2 months, a 10K walk to benefit a charity that I sign up to do with friends a few weeks out. Makes me accountable. I have found FP to be the fastest way to keep track and get motivated by people having the same goal.

I have done WW a few times. I am too busy to make the meetings, and got tired of the anxiety of weighing in once a week. Hey Ken, I noticed you don't track your sugar or fat intake. I think if you switched out a couple of categories and replaced them to track your fat and sugar you would see that the pizza and candy are pushing your totals way high for the day. I forgot to mention, I treat myself everyday to a hersheys chocolate mini for 45 calories...so I eat the junk too..everyday, just a little bit.
