This is awesome! I am going for the same goal. And then I am shooting for overweight. Congrats on being obese! :-)

Wow! Awesome work! When my stomach can handle the movements I plan to do The Shred too. Been seeing so many great results. I'll check back to see how the 30 day pics look. :-) Keep up the great work!

You look stunning hon! Keep up the amazing work. And tell your friend i am sending kudos her way too. :-)

I'd like the join. I was just mentally counting the days in Feb. and was thinking I need to push it hard because it only has 28 days. I am so super excited to see it's a leap year! I literally had no idea. One extra day to push it! So my weight loss plans are to exercise everyday and every other day do this ballet inspired…

You are looking so great! Your glowing in your after pictures. You should be so proud of all your hard work. And yes I've heard that the last few pounds can be hard to lose, but don't let that get into your head. The first few pounds were hard to lose too. You had to make the choice to lose the weight and then make moves…

My mom always said to not go by a number in your head but by how you feel and look. If you think you look great at whatever weight you get that feeling at then that is where you need to be. Congrats on getting close to your goal weight! I can't wait to be there myself one day. Stay strong and positive and keep up the great…

Now this would be an interesting option. LOL! ETA: Oops this was in response to the wear the shirt and go bottomless comment. LOL!

I don't have a problem with it. I think no matter what size you are, if you have the bravery to show it then go for it. We all have this one life, or so they say, and who should have the right to say if a person should show their body, in shape or not? If they are out of shape, they are not someone sitting shirtless on…

I saw this yesterday on Facebook and it really inspired me. Thank you for posting it here, it reminded me again that I am beautiful just the way I am and I don't need to be rail thin to be happy. :-)

Amazing! You should be so proud of yourself! Keep up the good work. You are so inspiring.

Every day, like clockwork, I weigh myself. I hate the scale. It likes to mess with me. I'm up one day down the next. Then the very next day I'm up 3 more pounds!!! What?!?!? So yes, we shouldn't be a slave to our scales, but it's hard. I mean depending on where I weigh myself in my house I weight different weights. Doesn't…

Chuck I totally understand you. I lost in total a little over 80 pounds. I was feeling great and on my way to my goal weight. Then I feel off the wagon and 40 of those pounds came flying back and stayed sometimes inviting friends over or a short visits. Now I'm slowly starting to evict them again, but it's hard going. But…

Congrats! I will try to catch your segment. You are an inspiration to me. Kudos to you! :-)

I'm truly in awe! You are amazing!!! You inspire me. I was above 300 pounds and lost down to 242 but then gained back 40 pounds and am now working to lose those pounds and keep going down. Your pictures keep me so hopeful. Congrats on the weight loss and fingers crossed tightly that those last pesky pounds come off sooner…

Wow you look amazing!!! You should be so proud of yourself! I know that was hard work but it paid off big time. Keep up the great work!

Oh I have experienced this in my weight loss journey plenty of times. Sitting at a firm 48 DDD I lost down to a saggy 44H. :-( I've put on some weight since then so they have plumped up some, but I am working my way back to that saggy 44H. I'd rather have a hopefully temporary sag in a smaller size than be plump at a…

So motivating! You look amazing! Keep up the great work. You look so much happier and healthier, you should be so proud of yourself. And kudos to your husband too! If you can get the picture to work I'd love to see his transformation as well. You both keep at it and stay strong!

Could I squeeze in here with you all? As of yesterday I was 276, so to be 246 by Christmas would be awesome. I've just recently taken gluten out of my life due to feeling sick all the time and am still figuring out my new way of eating. So it will be nice to just be held accountable and motivate and be motivated while…

Not 40 yet, but on the way there slowly. It's nice to know what I have to look forward to. LOL! Thanks for the laugh, I so needed it.

Oh so with you there! I am currently sagging in my current jeans and I have to keep pulling them up, but the next size is still to snug. I hadn't thought of juniors, even though I have some juniors. I didn't think of them as half sizes. I am so hitting that section next time I am at the store. Thanks for the info…

I hadn't thought of a vitamin. I haven't been taking them recently but was going to get one with lutein in it. They say it helps with the skin sag and Centrium has a vitamin with that in it. But I too find it's hard to get my calories up so I will try a vitamin. I'm upping my cals to 1200 tomorrow and I have this feeling I…

I'm going into my 4th day of starting over my weight loss journey, and the first two days were hard because everyone around me were eating ice cream and cookies and snack crackers and just tons of stuff I would have previously absentmindedly ate and perhaps finished off the box by the end of the day. But the first two days…

Wow, you look great!!! Very inspiring!

Wow you can really see how you slimmed down. Very good work. Keep at it! And your little one is so beautiful.

Wow you look so different! You look like two different people. In your current picture you have a healthy glow. You should be so proud of yourself. Kudos to you!

You look amazing! Kudos to you on the weight loss! I know it wasn't easy but you did it and you should be so proud of yourself. You truly inspire me.

As a Coke substitute you may want to try the drink packets you put into water. It can be full sugar ones or diet ones. I personally like the grape flavored one by Walmart's Great Value brand. Another option is if you like the fizziness of Coke maybe drink sparkling diet water or you can drink this thing my mom got once.…

I'm in. Not currently exercising, trying to start out with diet alone, but my water intake sucked today so I am going to double up on it tomorrow for sure. Good luck everyone! I'll post back later on how I did.

Hi all, I know I am late on weighing in, but this morning I was 286.5, down from 288 on Thursday. So that's a big woo hoo for me! I'm glad I decided to jump into the community and join all you lovely people. Kudos to those who lost weight this week. And to those who didn't or gained, don't give up. Next week is full of…

Thank you everyone for the warm welcome. :blushing: I'm usually very shy so joining new groups and friending people here brings me out of my comfort zone, but I know I will love joining you all here. Since I just started yesterday I guess this isn't an "official" weigh in, but today I was 265.5, down from 288 the day…
