  • Janet, I solved my problem with fiber...I love artichokes and popcorn. I shouldn't have any problems upping my intake with those :bigsmile: I also like black beans but find the ones in the can to salty I am going to try and find them dried so i can make them myself. Now I have a real excuse to buy artichokes at $4 each!
